Runners Stance Big Toe and Ankle Dorsiflexion Mobilization
Thank you so much!! Helped so much
I appreciate you being straight to the point. But I'm trying to recreate this exercises and it is too fast I have to keep going back
What are the bands she is using? I bought some but they are all too large and when you wrap them...they are never quite right. I see you recommended 4kor brand but I don't see any for arms, I only see the ones for legs and thighs.
How many times a week should I be doing this? Did a few sets just now and my it band is feeling great! Thanks for the video.
Got a herniated Disc? You won't even get near the floor to do those exercises 😢
i still have a little limp is it normal?
Thank you i ve been searching for a detailed description and finally found it
Prone press ups are ok but I don't recommend the others.
Agree
What are you doing? You can’t squat lile that with this disease or bend with your full bodyweight on your knees- you are harming people with this video, please delete it!
The third one is impossible for me. Any exercises you can do before that one?
Have you ever noticed that after you did the ischemic pressure and had release, that your leg forgot how to work? lol I released some really tight triggers and when I stood up to walk my leg was wobbling all over like I was doing the stanky leg 😂
Good job 🌹🌹🌹
This is phenomenal. Thank you!
My right knee hurts for some reason doing this. When the knee is on the ground, that is.
just diagnosed with osteopenia, and been told to do weight baring exercises!! thanks for the tips.
Avoid one legged excercises! They usually do more harm than help with SI-pain.
How
Glute bridges with both feet grounded. Normal squats. No lunges or bulgarian split squats.
Yes there is light at the end of that tunnel. BUt why is it taking so long, isn't it? but jumpinggggg thats madness. I can not doing that yet
First one is decent, but you must ease into that much extension. Literally inch increments over weeks. The other two look painful. Not suppose to twist. And 3rd one the hamstring will be EXTREMELY TIGHT due to inflammation in the lumbar region. (Dealing with it now)
Bad advice…are you a physio?
What would adding weight to the movement do? Fire the internal rotators more?
Sliding the leg not working the adductor at all, but abductor...
Yo thanks man
Why 2 fast talker
Nice and simple. No over-hyped nonsense, just "Get in the gym and do this."
thank you! I am glad you like it!
for hiw long till I recover? could you give us a schedule
I am sorry but it is hard to give a timeline for an injury as everyone is different and there is no concrete timeline. It takes at least 6 weeks for tissue to start to adapt so that is the minimum time it would take for you to start to feel a change but it will take longer for major changes
@@ThePhysioFix thanks I love your channel ❤️
Currently 5.5 weeks post op. Your Achilles series has been so helpful in my recovery. Question - With 7 degrees of DF at 5 weeks, was there any concern of healing long, especially since it’s well before the 12 week period?
I am so sorry to hear that you are going through this injury but glad to hear that my videos are helping you! I would hold off on working any DF right now and not go past neutral. If you are walking I would not do so not in a boot as even walking takes you past neutral regarding DF. I am wishing you all the best in your recovery and please know that I am here for you if you need it!
thank you.. I've had the bar way too high for way too long
Glad I could help!
Man. I go in for surgery next week. This helps a lot. FYI . Don’t walk home from the bar in Gucci slides
O man! I am so sorry that you have joined the Achilles warrior club! I am wishing you all the best in your recovery and please know that I am here for you if you need it!
Did you have any indents near the tear site during your rehabbing and inventually went away?
I'll give HER my long lever. . .😅
As someone who also ruptured their Achilles and considers themself an athlete (month 10 of recovery), your an absolute inspiration and I thank you for the motivation. I envy your drive and hope to harness some of your energy into my own road to full recovery!
Thank you for your kind words and support! You got this!!!
GYYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAATT
Will this work for SI Joint ligamentopathy, meaning hypermobile joint? My joint is fine. It's not the joint. It's the ligaments connected to the joint. That's the problem.
Loving how you’re finding exercises around the injury. I’m in week 3, i have done a bit but could do more. The big question i’m getting out of your vlogs is ‘how can I?’
I am so glad that you have found my videos and that they are helping you! You got this and I love that you are up for trying new things too!!!
I’m currently in week 3 in my boot. Some great tips for those in a cast!
Thank you! I am here for you if you need it and you got this!
@@ThePhysioFixthankyou, much appreciated. Your vids are a great help. I’m scanning through them for exercises .
Very well put together video. Plenty of gems here. What i loved here is how you’re adapting and continuing your life the best as possible.
Thanks so much! I am so glad that you have found my videos and that you are enjoying them too!
What exercises i can do if i got bulged disc L4/L5? I used to go gym ages a go but since i got this pain on my lower back i am scared to join the gym again. And i miss a lot the gym😢
The prone shoulder swimmer is really good for rotator cuffs as well it feels like.
Yes it is!!!
thank you... I don't need a 40 minute discussion to show me some useful exercises. More of this please.
So glad that you enjoyed this! I have a lot of great content over on my IG page at @thephysiofix I think you would like too! Check it out and see what you think!!!
Absolutely fucking not. Why are you teaching this???
how many KGs for dumbbell?
Collagen is great for recovery for this type of surgery
You will not add bone unless taking HRT, no matter the supplements and exercises. Continue your research and you’ll see.
Rerature about to hapen
Hello! When you say you're now walking this week (barefoot or in birks) are you using crutches? Thanks!
I was not using crutches at this point but my gait was still improving
Danke 🎉❤
Everything except the last exercise will cause more pain to most people with lower lumbar herniated disc. These typical PT style movements are horrible. I'm speaking from experience.
I’m 74 and ruptured my acheilies 11 weeks ago and I wore a boot for 8 weeks now I’m wearing a brace it the aturo one my incision is red with scabs still it doesn’t hurt me but is that normal to be red and still have scab
O man! I am so sorry to hear that you are going through this injury! The scar and wound can take time for sure! Keep an eye on it and make sure it is not opening more or oozing. If you can put a little extra cushion or a compression sock on the repaired it can help!
I'm not doing that last one 😂😂 but I'll do the others thank you
some exercises are better than no exercises!
I started your video series, I'm 2 weeks post OP. When I tell everyone I tore my left Achilles on the ninja wall, it sounds like a really strange/unique way to tear it, until I found your video! Even the circumstances were the same: small wall a few times, then I went to the big wall, and the left side snapped. They need to put a warning label on those walls now!😂
O man!!!! They should have warnings for sure!
